Recently travelled from Inverness Airport and whilst I found the staff very pleasant, the food is appalling! I'm no connoisseur of fine dining, but what was placed in front of me was a cold burger surrounded by more lettuce than anyone would like! It was an expensive meal for what was a poor effort.

Worst airport experience consistently. Been here many times since we have family living in Inverness. The staff are just deeming and rude and out to make flyers lives miserable. They are so anal about the size of your carry on, it's ridiculous and they are unfair about it. I have noticed that if you have a backpack the same exact size as a rolling cabin bag, they won't bat an eye. But if you have a rolling cabin bag, watch out, they will make you see if it fits into an exact rectangle shaped carry on checker and then make you put you bag above your head to prove that you can put it in the overhead bin. I have seen them do this to already vulnerable individuals such as the elderly and the unwell. I have also experienced this myself when I was pregnant and they made me cry and forced me to check my carry on even though it was a lot smaller than what some business men were bring in with them. I had to take out all my valuables and since I felt really unwell, medication and was sobbing while doing this in front of a queue of people. Just cold hearted.

A very average experience, staff are rather unfriendly. Like all shops in all airports the cost of foodsfuff is horrendous. One of the few positives for the airport is the scenery. The carpark is rather awkward, if you are waiting to pick someone up you only have 10 minutes to do so, if you go over 10 minutes there is a charge.

Nice and small Airport but... The treatment provided by the security staff of the Inverness Airport, must improve significantly. A rough treatment for travelers is not acceptable. What is the Airport Authority doing about it?

Great airport except for the ventilation system in the restaurant area blowing an arctic wind.
