A small very easy to use airport; clean, friendly and orderly The downside is if you are waiting at the airport in the evening. In the evening, the cafe is closed so there are no refreshment facilities landside, not even a machine. So, if you are waiting to collect people in the evening as that's often when the delayed flights are, take your own drinks. Seems a strange decision from the food concession as there are plenty of people hanging around waiting. A positive is plenty of space to wait though especially with the cafe closed, but their eating area open and the piano addition is lovely.
Small Airport in Scotland. Has all you would expect there. Only a short walk to car rental. The security check is thoroughly but does not take long time.
Small but clean and easy to navigate airport. Had a nice cup of coffee at the cafe overlooking the airfield. Only serves a handful of destinations but this makes the airport experience much easier and quicker!
Small airport but nice and clean.
Hassle free check-in. Smoothly organised security. Toilets are so clean and tidy, and the soap smells amazing. Just don't buy anything as it is expensive.
Went into the business lounge and we were treated very well. Just a shame there are no separate toilets and announcements directly into the lounge other than the staff shouting out. The lounge is very small
I arrived at d airport few mins before 4amearly flight, it was windy and cold, I knocked on d door,d lady looked at me then walked away without saying anything!! So I stood outside in the coldit began to rain for 20mins with my luggages before she came back n said I have to wait 15mins before they open kmt...No conscience!!!She didn't even open d door,seeing tht I was getting wet kmdt
I arrived at Heathrow Terminal 4 yesterday. I passed through the Nothing to Declare channel yesterday. I travelled on the Heathrow Express between terminals yesterday and checked in my baggage today. Today's flight was a separate booking and over 24 hours had passed between flights, yet I was told that I could not have my baggage returned to me unless I filled in their customs form. 'Fill in this form or we will not return your property'. This made me very angry. I apologise to the poor girl that had to deal with this. It was not her fault, but she had to deal with my anger. This does follow on from baggage issues on arrival at Heathrow, so my reaction was stronger than it would otherwise have been. I have worked overseas for 20 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any country.
One of my favourite airports, small but well served for food and drink. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Arrived today from Amsterdam to visit friends.. All staff where very friendly at the airport. Custom staff where also great.. It's a very small airport and is slowly developing to a great access point to the highlands..
