Need a bigger bar / eating area. Perhaps would be an idea to match how many customers are flying with the staff just a thought. Security can be a hit or miss expect a 15 min wait minimum. The check in desks are usually quick and efficient. The smoking area is a good idea especially as its past the security check in area. Toilets and hygiene are always a high standard. Never had a bad experience with any of the staff. The new baggage reclaim area for international flights is really quick was impressed with that.

DOV:April2016  Small airports where very small flights are normally operated. You can have couple of restaurants & area is maintained excellent.

You have to pay to use the drop off / pick up area, don't get funnelled into the one way system! Their only free place for drop off is apparently the long stay car park but you might as well just stop at the side of the road!

Nice and small. Easy to get around. Check in staff generally pleasant. Flight routes improving.

Comparing to some other airports I've been through, the staff (also at security checks) are really friendly. Coffee prices etc. are very reasonable, basically the same as in the city.
