The KDRA is run entirely by willing volunteers. Our reward for all our hard work is the smiles on the faces of the public - and the great fun we have!!!
The Keith & Dufftown Railway Association began operating again in 2000, running from Dufftown to Drummuir, and to Keith the following year. It is staffed entirely by volunteers whose aim is to keep the line open for the benefit of the public. Our long-term aim is to reconnect to the main line at Keith.
To provide quality leisure activities to the visiting public and in time, to reconnect to the main railway line at Keith railway station.
