I've visited this place twice & can happily say it's brilliant & great value for money!  A two hour SPA experience at this place is a fantastic way to help you unwind & step away from the stresses of everyday life into a small haven of relaxation.  I would recommend this place to everyone!

saunas, 2 steam rooms,  2 shower experiences, footspas, ice, jacuzzi mini pool with jets. Massage great. Good value for money. Downsides... no daylight, relaxing area is away from the spa area. Great chill out.

I had a lovely time at Inside Spa 
My massage felt amazing, the only down side was trying to arrange my treatments as I struggled to get through and although you can leave a message it is not always convenient to answer when they reply. Over all I would definitely recommend and will be booking back in there again
