We dealt with Sharon at Infiniti and I cannot express how phenomenal she has been in the whole process. The most useful and patient letting agent I have ever worked with! Nothing was too much to ask of her, highly recommend! Special shout out to the other folks at the office like Stephanie resident cat lover for their help in this process.
If I could give 0 stars I would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you are a landlord. They don't do inspections, even before COVID as they try to use that as an excuse! And your property will go to wreck and ruin under them! When asked for inspection reports, they terminate their "services" with you not that their services complied with the letting agent code of practice anyway. When asked to be forwarded onto the Managing Director, Scott, you're told he doesn't actually work there or oversee anything. Sham of a company! Take note of all previous bad reviews including the ones where infiniti have replied, as this shows how rude and unwilling they are to take accountability for their awful company and attitude. Avoid avoid avoid.
Sharon from Infiniti Properties has been amazing and provided us with invaluable help and support from the application process, to moving in and beyond. She has made the entire process effortless which made it extremely easy for us being international students. Whenever we faced a problem she's been quick and prompt to get back to us and got any of our issues and concerns dealt with promptly. I would recommend her and Infiniti Properties to anyone who is looking for a property; whether it's buying or letting. 10/10 experience and service.
I only recently moved to Glasgow an as most letting agents didn't even bother replying to my applications, I was very positively surprised when Sharon called me and took the time to answer all my questions and arranged the viewing. As I was still living in Manchester, it was very pleasant that there was no issue having one of my new colleagues attending and having me on Videocall. Sharon and Charlene then guided me though the whole process and again answered all my questions to make my move a relaxed experience. On my moving day, when trying the house key the first time, I realised that they only fitted to the back but not the front door. Well, a quick call and 45min later Ann was at the house with the right set of keys. When experienceing a small maintenance issue with the tap in the kitchen Zoe was a very big help in organising a plumber and keeping me up to date with the process. All in all, I haven't experienced such a well organised, friendly and helpful team of letting agents so far and can't recommend Infiniti Properties enough.
DO NOT IGNORE THE AWFUL REVIEWS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY Absolutely awful service, went over a month without hot water, one of the rooms was covered in mould and had mushrooms growing in it and infiniti did nothing about it until we started calling and sending daily emails explaining how we would take them to a tribunal if they didn't fix anything. They ripped out eyes out when it came to the deposit, charging us £140 for silicone sealant which you can buy for £5 in a store of your choice and which should be classified as wear and tear anyway, this despite leaving us with one shower shared between 8 people because of a broken boiler they wouldn't fix and a broken fan they also wouldn't fix. They washed 3 mattresses and then said they were replacing them anyway charged us for both cleaning and replacing. Flat WiFi cable was from the early 2000's, landlord would routinely show up unannounced, infiniti did nothing. Landlord would routinely use her own people to fix things, they would break again immediately, infiniti did nothing. Charge £30 for a reference when moving to a new flat, be aware because it's written into your contract. Awful, awful company, immoral and inept
Perfect experience. Sharon in the Infiniti properties had so much patience for me. She helped me to sign the contract and dealing with the issues. Such a great experience!
UPDATE-FRI 14 APRIL 2023 Genuinely dishonest bunch. Unprofessional and downright rude sometimes too. AVOID!!! PS I was one of your tenants a few years back. The response all of this time later really is indicative too of how little you care about your public online profile.

Very helpful. Quick, on time responses to emails and to applications for lettings. Would recommend using Infiniti for all of your property needs or desires!
