We are still waiting for Grant and Wilson for over a year to re-instate our regular Landscaping Contract. They are incapable of doing the simplest of things. They are useless and we are now taking steps for their breach of contract.
I do not have one good thing to say about grant property. worst letting agents ever. so unprofessional, have been left without an oven for 2 weeks and no fridge for 3, and they couldn't care less.
Really poor service. Lack of communication and miscommunication, mismanagement of money, failure to organise repairs needed.
They don't even deserve a star. Terrible service, lack of communication and all around inefficient. I hope I never ever have to deal with them.
Horrific manner on the phone
Biggest crooks out take ur money then give u nothing but cheek. They charged all sorts of fees and charges when I signed my paper work only to find out that all the charges are illegal
