A decent company in my experience. Staff usually reply in a matter of an hour or so. I didn't have any troubles with them - except one time when I had to contact them multiple times regarding a leaking situation from the upstairs neighbours. But overall not too much to complain about.
We rented our place through Lets Direct, 605 Cathcart Road and we couldn't have had a better service. The people were very friendly, responsive and helped us the best they could. Especially Kariss took special care of us which was highly appreciated. I would definitely rent with their help again and I can absolutely recommend them.
