Bunch of cowboys who have ripped off my son by charging over £250 for cleaning a flat he rented near Byres Road which he cleaned himself thoroughly. No evidence of why and no explanation. Left my young son in tears.

Great lettings managers. We moved from abroad and they efficiently helped us through the paperwork. After acquisition, they were quick to respond and help us with any arising concerns. Our stay was only 6 months, but move-out was smooth and deposit returned promptly. Thank you Lilian and Tiago!
