Staff within the store were brilliant & knowledgeable. The problems came following the orders placed. We purchased two power LazyBoy sofas and a very good quality carpet or the stairs, landing and all upstairs bedrooms. The quality of both I have to say are superb.... but the delivery of both and fitting was extremely poor. The company seem to have a huge break down in communication with fitters and delivery staff. Our carpet started being fitted at 8pm and was finished at 11:50pm (completely unacceptable!) the fitters didn't even look at the items on purchase list so when I checked the carpet after fitting none of the door bars had been fitted ( which should be done prior to the carpet ) when I questioned it the fitter confirmed that hadn't checked the paperwork, surely that is a basic requirement before starting? The sofa was delivered by two men from a removal firm (one being aged around 70 and couldn't lift anything, so my husband had to assist following a knee operation) they had no furniture experience never mind power assisted LazyBoy knowledge. They had no clue of which sofa was ours and tried to bring in a sofa which was entirely the wrong colour and made from material. Eventually it was sorted out but again it was around 8pm by this time. To say we are disappointed with AHF Furniture store is an understatement. Following the poor service I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who I found to be very condescending, we were eventually offered a refund of £50. Our total order was just under £4,000 and I really wish we had made the purchases elsewhere. I certainly feel the company just want to take your orders and money and then following that they could not care less! Would I make any purchases at that store again? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Please don't make the same mistake as us!

The furniture is great quality and a fraction of the price of other well known furniture stores. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

dont not use this company they are liars and very unhelpful when it comes to customer after sales, my sofa is now a week late and still no sign of it even though i was told it would be delivered today , the man i spoke to about it couldn't be anymore useless and cocky , feel like I've wasted my money
