Furniture arrived date stated 12 weeks salesman 2 as very helpful Allen at Stoke festival park. I ordered whitby 2 seater sofa 1 recliner chair and footstool. Delivery man rang 2 hrs before to let me know what time it all came apart and sailed in my doors which was my main concern. They put it together very pleased up to now. My last one was from harveys it lasted 15 years that's why I went back to them

I would avoid this company at all costs, and especially this store. 10 weeks down the line after promised a 7 week delivery I still have no sofas. I found the female team member patronising and abrupt, & the male team member to be incompetent. I have had my delivery date moved again, after being told a specified date and having my sofas removed the day prior, surprisingly my sofas were not delivered. When contacting Harvey's I was in uncertain terms told that they "have no idea who or why you were told the sofas would be delivered as they are not even in the warehouse" after calling on 6 separate occasions, and being promised a return call from the contact centre, 2 weeks on I am still waiting for any of these return calls. Today once again my delivery date has been postponed. If not for the fact we have no sofas and have no way of organising a delivery before Christmas I would of certainly cancelled my order.

Rang the day before the agreed delivery date to cancel, when they did deliver the driver used my bathroom and sprayed all over the seat and floor! Never buying from Harveys again.

These store is good but staff are the best at lieing! Told us the sofa was real leather but is fake.
