Went in previously to try and find a sofa, was given good information. Following some more shopping around went back to have a look at a sofa we liked. After 20 minutes In store i only saw 1 member of staff helping customers. Finally found the rest of the staff, 4 girls gossiping. Went elsewhere. Try and help your customers if you want to sell your products.

Terrible after sales services. I have trying report a fault with the framework on my sofa for 2 weeks. Everyday I ring wait on hold for 45 minutes. Then someone answers and says they are to busy to talk and will call me back. They take my number and no one ever calls. I have left comments on there Facebook and they ask me to direct message them with promises to call me but they don't then just delete my post. Avoid like the plague.

We had a great experience, me and my family were treated to excellent customer service by an employee called Josh; we walked away with an amazingly well built coffee table and a really comfortable sofa set.

very very poor aftersales service. sofa cables missing for electric recliner and makes noise - and sofa has rip marks. following formal complainants, finally been sorted.
