It's beautiful historical park with old tall trees and huge variety of flowers. View of laker makes the park stunning. It's s lovely place to experience nature. Recommended gor dating, family picnic jogging, cycling, photography. Kids will enjoy also for sure.
Winter wonderland in London. It's actually a classic amusement park, just with a better marketing. We were on a Sunday at the beginning of December.nYou have to book and pay your tickets in advance.nnThe queue was huge, we waited in line half an hour to get in.nnDogs allowed, that is a big pro.nnRestrooms were surprisingly clean and free of course.nnInside the park, everybody can find some fun. More calm persons can just hang around, sit and eat nice foods, like german sausage with cabbage and so. Or they can drink in the rotating bar which is really cool.nnThey have carousels for small kids, roller coasters for the youngsters and many many other things.nnYou can shot for plush toys, or fishing stars for the same price.nnYou have to pay for everything, some of the things needs some kind of tokens that you can buy in place.nnMost places accept card payment so no need for cash.
Although I went once before many years ago, and I loved it. I said that I would go again this time. After that, I bought tickets online, which seems totally stupid to me, and it's not just my opinion, you have 2-hour slots to choose from, after which you stay in huge queues to enter. In 2017, there was no entrance, and the queues were the same. So I waste my time in queues and pay more. The security checks were done superficially. Although it was raining lightly, we couldn't find a place to take shelter anywhere. It was super crowded.nYou mainly ensure your fun. It matters who you are with, not necessarily where. But I'm sure I won't come back next year either. It's not a disparaging review. it is just a personal opinion.
Best place to get some Christmas spirit!!! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the selling stalls were very little and very repetitive which is sad really it would have been nice to see more small business stalls, homemade things, unique goodies. There are a TON of food and drink places ... obviously over priced but expected and let's face it ... it is London and a Christmas event so personally I was everyone did happy to pay the prices. Truly love coming here and will do it every year possible! Highly recommend!!
It's a very beautiful place to visit with family or a group of friends. So many engaging activities to do and not a dull moment. Every activity is fun to do and quite affordable. Some of the activities might require a long queue before it gets to your turn especially on a very busy day. The entry to this place is also affordable, sometimes free. And this place is about 5mins away from several underground trains, meaning commuting is easier. however, I don't know if there's an availability for a car park.
