Absolutely fantastic service today. Called at 11am & had appointment at 2.15. Exceptionally friendly reception, really kind & knowledgeable. Vet was amazing, really made us feel at ease & gave some great advice. Fees were so reasonable, especially for a Sunday. Will definitely go again. Thank you Elizabeth Street Vets, HIGHLY recommended.
I don't often write reviews, but the exceptional service I received compelled me to share my experience. I've had to bring my dog to the clinic three times in the past two months. Each time, they assisted my dog immediately upon arrival. The practice manager was incredibly respectful and attentive, understanding my concerns. She promptly called a cardiac vet regarding an open referral letter, securing an emergency appointment where my dog was diagnosed with heart failure. Without the help of everyone at the clinic, I might have lost my best friend by now. The reception staff, nurses, and vets have all supported me through this difficult time. Please continue your hard work; it’s vital to have more people like yourself's. Tiago.

We made the really difficult decision to put our beloved cat Chester to sleep today. It was a really challenging time for us but the staff at Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic dealt with the situation in an extremely professional and compassionate way. Thank you for making today a little bit easier.
Sadly, the care provided by this veterinary clinic is completely inadequate. They appear to be overstretched and disorganised, constantly rushing through appointments. I have visited three times, each time seeing a different vet who was unfamiliar with my pet's history. This clinic was excellent in 2020, but regrettably, their standards have significantly declined since then.
Awful service. Brought cat in after incident, sadly she died. Nurse was lovely and kind and said I could speak with the crematorium regarding paw print and someone would call me on Monday/Tuesday. No-one called. I called on Thursday and cat had already been sent for cremation, thus denying me opportunity to get pawprint even though it could have been done in the clinic. They said they would find out what had happened. Apparently Sunday staff left no note for day staff and cremation had taken place. Said they would get back to me regarding pawprint being in clinic I knew it wouldn't be because nurse on Sunday had no clue it could be done in the clinic. Twice no-one got back to me. Said they would arrange for ashes to be returned by courier on Thursday - that didn't happen as staff overnight on Weds couldn't identify correct package!. This whole process has been nothing short of a complete disaster, making a horrible and stressful situation several times worse. The level of incompetence is truly staggering. I sincerely hope I never have to visit this practice again.
We had to put our beautiful dog down last Sunday, the vet and the nurse were so kind, caring and compassionate, they made us feel a bit better in the hardest of moments. They care for the animals and their humans equally. Thank you so much
I see the reviews aren’t good here but I thought it was pretty good. My dog was having some pain so I took him in at midnight. We were seen immediately, given medication and a shot, he was examined and we had some advice. I think it really does depend who you get to see on the day but thankfully ours was good
I cannot praise Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic enough for their exceptional care and prompt service. When our beloved dog fell ill unexpectedly, we were frantic to find a vet who could see him right away. Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic not only accommodated us immediately but also went above and beyond in providing top care to our dog.
We had the most wonderful kindness and good advice last night from Francisco. My elderly dog had come to the end of his life. Francisco handled it with compassion and good sense, and steered us through the most distressing and sad night where we had to have him put down. Obrigada Francisco
