I have been coming to this surgery for over 15 years, and rely on their services regularly, due to asthma and 2 children. When I have needed to see a doctor that day, I have always been able to (for genuine emergencies). They have always referred my children and I to Leighton when needed and I find them to be friendly, efficient and thorough. People who need to make a routine appointment do have to wait a few weeks but I don’t find this to be an issue because that wouldn’t be classed as an emergency appointment. Love this surgery and would highly recommend.

It's the worst doctors I've every experienced. Out of all the doctors I've been to with friends and family this doctors just constantly run late and can be hours late. Even having an appointment first thing in the morning and can still be 37 minutes late. I've even Sat in the waiting room and someone was 3 minutes past there appointment time and the receptionist said they would have to rebook. I think they should be charged every 10 minutes they go over. That will sort them

The line is always busy and difficult to get hold of anyone. The doctors are generally good, but receptionists can be quite rude over the phone

As a student I am able to get appointments around lectures, letters for university where necessary and advice as well. Wait times could be improved especially when you have an appointment. One of the ladies at reception told me I cannot come if I do not have a telephone number 🙃 I provided an email but I needed to get a phone number before I could have started using the service. Other than that it's been great.

Excellent care. Receptionists went out of their way to get me an appointment. Doctor was great, explained everything. I was impressed.
