Chelford is a wonderful surgery to which we are lucky enough to be patients. Staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Triage is swift and efficient and, if you need really need to see a GP, you get to see one. The flu jab management at the weekend was run with military precision - in and out in less than 5 minutes. Truly awesome!
My Mother in law has just been seen by Dr Yasin. What an absolutely delightful doctor! He listened to everything she had to say which was a lot and had a wonderful manner with her, explaining everything very clearly and really putting her at ease. She can get herself worked up prior to her appointment but Dr Yasin allayed all her fears. Thankyou
Excellent surgery. The ability to have phone appointments, and send photos, makes it much easier to get needed medical advice quickly.
Booking a simple appointment now seems very complicated since Covid it seems like it is being made over complicated and creates delays for patients.The likely result will be people just not bothering to book.
