The rooms look nothing like on the pictures on their website. Furniture is apparently very old and used. It's also dirty as well as walls and windows. I don't mind old stuff but I mind dirty stuff. Cups and spoons were dirty, there was still water in a kettle. On the other hand, the staff was really helpful a very very polite. Also the bathroom was reasonably clean. 120 pounds for a night is a bit too much I'd say.
DO NOT step foot. Extremely, extremely bad service. I need to make something very clear. I regret the second I signed their lease. Every second of it. The way Chapter staff treat students is nowhere near acceptable. The security guards are nothing but rude. I had my phone stolen on their unsafe facility, right on site and no security one wants to even bother checking the cameras. Even after I went to the police, it took me days to actually get the security to not kick me out of his 'office'. Moments ago, I went to collect an Amazon package that has been lost under their hands for 3 days. Came a bit past midnight as I was not aware of the new '7pm tp midnight rule'. Andrea who is the night front desk made sure to let me know that I am NOT going to pick up my package in the rudest of all ways. She said she was willing to make an exception if I came in the morning which is not even part of the acceptable time'. I told her there was medicine I had to take that were in the packages. Did not seem to care not one bit. Worst of all, the package was right besides her. All she had to do was literally get up and pickup the package. Beyond disappointed. Shocked. It's 1.30am and I'm writing this lengthy message out of the extreme frustration at front desk night manager Andrea's behavior. You deserve to know. Joseph
We lived together with wife in double room. It was very small room. Clearing room one time per week. Wash clothes in laundry on the special card at money. Their have a normal gym on last floor with panorama.
One Super school in a really really BAD AREA : the very dangerous neighborhood makes the 15 min walk from the tube very risky; already 4 agressions of students, in 2 months, this year. One stabbed. Prepare a nice budget for taxis or a bodyguard !! not kidding !! The rooms they rent are way above market price; even more so, now that the school has moved to this part of London
Poor place and terrible service from reception. It's not a place to live comfortably. I would not recommend it.
