I am delighted with the purchase of an easy recliner chair Stressless; most importantly it did not look cumbersome. Polly gave me unbiased advice and then the decision was mine. We were met by Polly and extremely well looked-after. She has an excellent manner and was informative without being pushy in any way taking great care to try to find a suitable chair for my wife. A great introduction to HSL.
