Ordered a table in nov 20. Table Didnt arrive until may 21. Got to the point where my wife was ringing and they blocked her mobile. Table arrived in may. Jun 21 table warped and twisted and now completely unusable. Have been asking for a replacement/refund since but had 1 response and now completely ignores everything else. Now been advised to file a count court claim against them.
Company gone bust with hundreds of people being ripped off and losing all of their money. Dean moore and the company directors have stolen the money and ran. Website down, facebook page removed, zero contact with customers. Hope they end up in court and get charged with theft.
Very disappointed with the overall service.My partner a couple of weeks before Christmas ordered a wooden candle stick holder.Was told it would be ready to pick Christmas Eve.When arrived at shop he was told it was out for delivery that day.The delivery never came.Spoke to delivery driver and was told he would drop off boxing day and we wouldn't be charged.Fair enough. Boxing day came and went,no delivery.Been messaging the chap,but no reply.Its now new yr and I never received my Christmas present.Not very good is it really.Poor customer service.Will not be recommended forevermore interiors
Looking for an update on the table we ordered back in January. We have tried to contact you by phone but you don’t answer, please let us know as we were expecting it months ago.
