Visited today I work for a charity and needed a bed for a gentleman we are helping. The customer service is great the bed was cheaper than I thought but excellent quality When I told them where I worked they gave us delivery set up and will take the old bed What a great place in Meanwood definitely will go again Thank you so much
They do not honour the guarantee. Reported defect to a mattress 3 times and provided proof of purchase but they ignored and did not even come to look at the defect. Untrustworthy company. Will report to trading standards.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their products are very poor quality and their aftercare service is dreadful. On top of all that, they are very rude. We bought two wardrobes, three beds, a bookshelf, two desks, office chair and a sofa from them. They sold them twice the price at Wayfair or Ikea. I thought I was buying high quality products so didn't really mind. Only a few weeks later, the mirror on the wardrobe started getting rusty. The door on the other wardrobe fell off and the mirror got smashed. It nearly injured my little girl. We managed to reach them after the lockdown only for them to tell us that our guarantee period has expired so we must pay over £200 to have just one of the doors replaced. Of course, I said no. I wasn't going to pay that much just to replace a wardrobe door. Next, they said they were going to come and get the door fixed and remove the broken mirror for £75. I reluctantly agreed. When they arrived, they said oh no, that they can't remove the broken mirror but that I should still pay £75! Their nerve is jaw-dropping. Avoid them!
We bought an Ottoman gas lift storage super king bed and headboard. I was reluctant at first to purchase on the day but had done a bit of research on beds and with a deposit and decent discount we went ahead on the day. Danny was very charming and a good salesman, and pleasant to deal with without being overbearing. The delivery was 2 weeks later. The delivery guys were efficient, courteous and knew what they were doing and I can't fault the delivery. The bed looks great as it did in the showroom and looks and feels of good quality. Having looked online the same product of similar quality from one of of better Web retailers was still a couple of hundred pounds cheaper. Over all I would recommend a visit, I got none of the negative vibe from other reviews and although I have not experienced a fault with my product I can't imagine they would not honour any guarantees. I will be going back to buy the same again for our guest room in the future.
Great selection of bed frames and mattresses! Tony was super lovely and helpful, knew everything there was to know and the price was fabulous too... Now we are sleeping in the height of comfort, couldn't be happier :

In 2015, we bought a small double bed from Bankrupt Beds, today its still good as new we love the bed and wow the mattress is the best we have ever had. So now that our boys are turning into men we needed some more new beds. The service we received from Dani was second to none. I took my mom with us, who also was that impressed with the service, range, quality and pricing that she bought three beds, she lives in London so we were happy that they delivered nationwide. To be honest back in 2015, we were a little unsure if we wanted to buy from a company called 'Bankrupt' naturally worried if the stock will be OK or that it might be dated this time round we were told the story why they were called Bankrupt Beds, which was heartwarming to hear. The beds we bought were made as we wanted, there was no hard sales - Dani just wanted to make sure we were getting what was right for us as a family. The stock beds, sofas and furniture are all top of the range, new styles so not old or dated stock. The variety they have is as good if not better as any big furniture stores. The pricing honestly so much cheaper as we did our homework before we bought. The beds arrived quickly less than two weeks, not only did they take our old beds they made sure the new beds were fixed and placed nicely in each bedroom. Dani came out personally, having that start to end service was service excellence all the way. Honestly we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend that everyone checks them out before buying from anywhere else. Thank you Dani and Toni & team for everything you did for us, even my mom loved you guys - impressing her is a massive achievement in itself . Well done
Best business in the game. Would highly recommend to anyone top quality furniture with best prices around wont get beaten guaranteed I was after a king size ottoman bed and he did beat every other place. Tony the sales men made everything happen very smoothly and ensured the delivery arrived in short time. Would definitely be returning back in future and won't be going anywhere else. Highly Recommended to anyone!!
We went to look for a super king size bed and was offered a fantastic deal. We were reluctant to order at the time as we wanted to measure to make sure the bed would fit up the stairs as we had been told elsewhere that if the bed didn't fit up the stairs then it was our problem, we wouldn't be able to get a refund and they wouldn't change it for a smaller size. At bankrupt beds their customer service was excellent and they said if the bed didn't fit they would help us to find the right bed for us in a smaller size and we wouldn't be left with a bed that didn't fit. We ordered the bed and it was delivered today. The men who came to deliver it were really nice guys, they took the bed upstairs and built it for us. They asked me to check it before they put the foot board on in case I decided I didn't want it putting on due to the size and then again when they'd finished to make sure I was happy with it and honestly I couldn't be happier with it. Would highly recommend bankrupt beds really nice people, excellent service and absolutely fantastic prices! Will definitely be using again!
