The service these guys provide is excellent. The bed arrived well wrapped and was exactly as described in their advert. Unusually I got a call from them the day after delivery asking if everything was okay, which was nice. I'd definitely recommend Bed Guru... great!

Excellent service. A key decision was that they were a local firm and this certainly helped. They ensured that the delivery was prompt and on time, going that extra step after bad weather had disrupted deliveries. The mattress was as described and good value. Would recommend.

Great service..we needed a new double mattress in time for visitors arriving in 4 days .....helpful staff advised via online chat which mattresses could be delivered in 3 days ( some are 3 weeks ). Don't worry if the courier cant be specific about delivery times at first ...I thought I had to be in all day but once they've got their delivery schedule they text you the day before with a 2 hr delivery window.......Then they ring 1/2 hr before they arrive...........Great customer service and prompt delivery
