The bank closes at 15:30pm on weekdays, which is before most finish work, and is closed at the weekend. This makes no sense at all. Hire more staff, organise shifts better...do whatever you need to do, just fix these nonsensical opening times.
Useless opening times. A manager with half a brain would organise the bank to be open for at least two evenings a week. For instance, why not open from 2 till 8 on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Doing this would allow people who work during office hours to actually get to the bank.
I have been with HSBC for over 20 years and always had the same friendly service with a can do attitude. So sorry that the branch is closing and best wishes to all the staff for their futures.
The opening hours of the bank are unsatisfactory and unhelpful to the average working customer. Having just bought a new mobile phone, on two occasions I have have experiened a 20 min+ waiting time in order to set up my internet banking. The operative was incomprehensible and unhelpful. It was suggested that I visit a branch but I cannot get to one during opening hours. Send out set up leaflets perhaps.
Been with this bank for a long time. Never had any problems. If I have ever needed help with anything the staff here are all very helpful and get things sorted quickly for you. Also have lots of machines inside if your in a rush and can’t wait to see the person at counter.
It’s been very long time using this bank. And personally I know all the staff they are very friendly and helpful especially shophi even the manager have very lovely personality. But the guy named JOEL definitely needs to learn bit more customer service manners and shouldn’t show attitude to customers. Normally don’t like to complain but consistently getting bad service from him. Very disappointed.
Been banking with HSBC for many years now and i have never, ever had one problem with them. definitely recommend them to everyone. Inside the St. Neots branch, the staff are extremely friendly and useful and the machines for quick deposits or safe withdraws are amazing!
I was surprised by how kind and helpful the staff was, especially Sophie and her colegue. Literally sat with me, for 1 hour explaining the details. As for the bank, yes I am fully satisfied and will stick with them as a client as long as possible. Highly recommend HSBC. Cheers, Mircea S. Marko
Opening times became completely useless. Office times during the week, when everyone is working, and closed on week ends. How are we supposed to do? At least before it was open on Saturdays. Useless
9.30am-3.30pm is literally no use to any working person, change your hours and accomodate these changes, we aren't in lockdown anymore.
