great bank, no complaints but never open and it’s a bit shocking
Called in at Bedford without an appointment, two members of staff welcomed me. Both very polite and could not have been more helpful.
I don't know if this is even gonna be a successful visit... I have been standing at the desk for the past 45 minutes and to be honest... Don't think it will be for anything as no one seems to be coming to help.
It was Saturday morning and we needed to open a under 19's account. The bank that we tried first would not deal with us without an appointment shame on you TSB. It looked to be a similar situation here but the friendly lady at the main desk informed us we could simply apply online via smart phone and they would then verify. Within 10-15 mins we were all set up and had an account opened.
