Very poor service and staff very unhelpful.   I wanted to deposit cash into my account using express banking.Machine did not accept cash so I looked around for help but no help was avaiable. Short staffed, big queues, after waiting for 40 minutes somebody came to help but could not help and asked me to see other person so avain waited. When I asked about the complaint procedure andthe name of the member of staff who served me, then the second staff member refused to give any names and became rude. I will never visit this branch.

The female bank manager must have had a problem with asian faces because she didn't like us at all when we visited the branch. extremely rude point of view and unwilling to help our situation

i concur with other experiences customers have had with this branch. this manager has a bad attitude when handling customer complaints if that who i spoke to when i wanted my issues addressed. moved my savings elsewhere, never bank here if you can help it.

Seriously understaffed. 
Not everyone wants to use the internet or a machine on the wall come on let's get it back too how it used be .

I have now been a customer for 40 years now and i put in a check for 220 pounds and they taken it with out asking me i will be closing this account and they will never have any business from me again 
Thanks hsbc for putting me in the crapper
