Staff are very friendly and helpful however the place always seem to be VERY busy (The reason why I gave it 3 stars). Their technology of the machines is fantastic though. You can always choose which quantities and denominations of notes you would like. I haven't been to any other banks with these options.

Not a pleasant banking experience, despite the fancy-pants paying in machines and European-airport design of the ground floor. You can't using the cheque paying in machines on the lower floor for some reason so you're forced upstairs to join the noisy, jostling queue which is squished into a tiny space, despite much of the back of that floor being left free. I remember when you could pop into the ground floor while passing through town, drop in your cheque or ask a question of a helpful member of staff standing by. A golden age indeed. I now go out of my way to avoid using this Barclays by using a branch outside the city centre. Maybe it's time to change banks...

I waited for more than 30 minutes to be serived. They have a stuip registering mechanisms for the client. At the end not applology for wasting my time, instead they blame me for not understanding their system.

Really frustrating staff are so slow the queues are really long you have to wait ages the staff don't care really bad
