West Bridgford branch says it's open till 2pm Saturday but shuts at 12. Clumber Street, Nottingham stated on line open till 4pm. Rang HSBC and spoke to someone in Philippines who hasn't a clue and can't help. Gives me number to ring which is same number I rang them on!!!!!

Every time I've gone to request anything as a service it's always been queue and wait to actually be served by someone who can look into something for you. Which can mean you're waiting for something for 20+ minutes only to be told to come back a different day or that they require something from you. Multiple experiences multiple different situations from not just myself but friends and family too.

However I will say the premises is kept to a very clean and professional standard, machines have always been working when I've gone in and the waiting areas upstairs do provide a beverage if wanted.

Incompetent receptionists, had to wait an hour longer than I needed to. Did not even get an apology.

Hsbc have been nothing but a pain while I've had my student account. I look forward to the day I can change my accout.

The staff aren't always the most helpful; can be quite intimidating. It has a coin deposit machine which pays directly into your account with no charges which is a great idea.
