During my recent visit to the HSBC UK Beeston branch, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Debbie. From the moment I stepped in, Debbie's warm demeanor and expertise put me at ease. She patiently guided me through the process of opening a bank account, explaining every detail with clarity and kindness. Debbie's immense knowledge and professionalism were truly commendable. Her dedication to helping customers like myself in such a thoughtful manner is exemplary. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional service. I have been to HSBC Beeston twice to unblock my bank account for different reasons and I had really pleasant experience. And I would like to thank Gabriella who helped me a lot solving my account problems. Gabriella is really kind and patient, before I went to the bank, I was worried about my bad English listening, but she's considerable and explained everything very clear to make sure I could totally understand. She also helped me called the payment fraud team, it took quite a long time to answer the questions but she made every question understandable for me and she knew what I was trying to say, I really appreciate it.
I have been to branch for open my current new Account the staff was very helpful and polite especially the gentleman Named Austin he helped me with all process and information been very kind and helpful really appreciate that will recommend to others as well thanks again.
This particular branch offered me poor customer service, my ID was sent to the mortgage department to certify my ID. On several occasions I rang the mortgage department, re visited the branch several times, they even re sent my ID and still 3 weeks later no update, no communication, eventually got a call back the following day after another trip to the branch. No apology for the lack of communication. All I wanted weeks ago was a call to say we can't support, not to be told well we said it was going to a third party, so it's out of our hands & go elsewhere. If im told its going HSBC mortgage department do i think it's going to a 3rd party? I have no clue who has copies of my ID, bill and address? Now my mortgage transfer isn't on hold because of solicitors but because of this branch, lost the personal touch of customer service, not everything is online.
