Under new management and boasting a new menu, The Adelphi is well and truly open again.

Story

Re-opening under new management; The Adelphi Kitchen is back to once again open its doors to the public!

While we've refreshed the decor and spruced up the menu, we're back to providing unique dishes comprised of local and seasonal ingredients. The highest quality chargrilled meats and freshly landed seafood are back on the Aberdeen cuisine scene!

To top it all off, we offer a carefully curated cocktail menu and an assortment of quality beers, wines and gins. Soak in the chilled ambiance and enjoy a tasty tipple that compliments whatever takes your fancy on the menu!

I have dined at this wonderfully unique establishment twice. Each time they had a different menu of very special dishes and both times we were met with very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for a quiet romantic dinner or a group meal. That's if you don't mind paying a little bit extra. I think my last bill for just me was £30 ish. Will definitely go back soon.

Been to Adelphi before and it was lovely. I was told it was under new management and this was part of a food festival in Aberdeen. I think they underestimated the load as it was a very poor experience. Staff were disengaged, not offering drinks, handing menus from over awkward positions, not attentive, etc. quite a lot of the food was burnt, a few items weren't actually what was on the menu (the soup had changed, fries were wrong, I forget there was more). The waiting staff could easily be forgiven they were clearly dealing with an unusually busy night, but simple things like serving burnt burger buns shouldn't ever have happened. One of the puddings was completely burnt. Had I not been before this would have been a one star and never to be tried again.
