Wow!.........Lovely clean and Tidy Park with adjacent Football/Sports fields.nPlenty for all the family to enjoy.nA cafe which was not open when we visited.nWe've just moved from Leeds West Yorkshire about 8 Months ago to enjoy the quiet life and the Sea.nParking is on street but we found a place so was not an issue.nSuper friendly people and their Fur-babies.nVery Dog friendly.nWe loved our visit and we will definitely be back.nThanks for making us feel so welcome what a lovely Community.n‍

Always nice park to visit with or without children. The gardening staff work hard all year round to present a meticulously well presented park

Brilliant park for children of all ages, lovely place for people to come and walk, have a picnic and just generally get out of the house

Nice quiet park very lovely place to go for a walk

First class , well looked after , lots of seating and walkways, hard courts for basketball, children's play areas, bandstand, statues, rugby, football and cricket pitches, bowling greens, cafe, toilets and parking. Lots of information plaques on the seating with the history of the park and the colliery , going back in the summer when the borders and baskets are in Bloom.
