It's a reasonable size, conveniently located and with its own carpark. They stock a reasonable range of stuff but I feel there is an over-emphasis on garden furniture and huge barbecues. It is annoying that they don't sell window washing liquid any more, especially as they sell the tools for that job. Customer service is good.

Gets 4 stars for now, due to good customer service experience from my visit today (very polite and very helpful). Store is situated in a good location with easy access and plenty of parking. Stocks huge range of products, branded and non-branded, some products are over priced in my opinion as I know they are cheaper in competitors stores.

Clean tidy store, lady on help desk very nice gave me good advice but hard to find any staff to help, toilets not brilliant loo rolls on floor wet all the way through and old loo roll centres on floor. Prices pretty much the same as anywhere else but staff l did find cheerful and friendly.

What a disappointment went to Homebase as that has always been our diy store of choise,  well it has been taken over by an Australian company and a dirty ,scruffy, hand written prices everywhere looks  unprofessional and unsightly,  can't find what we was looking for ,ask staff very helpful but i knew there stock more than they did . Very disappointed.

Great place and quite a large store. Huge selection and definitely worth a visit for home DIY, bathroom and kitchen requirements. Also good selection of garden tools and furniture. Has a lot packed in and plenty of parking.
