Love the shop always use it! But my only concern is I can't help but feel bad for the staff standing up all day. Plenty of space and I could imagine budget for a couple stools for their often busy staff!

Only come here for a day out. Shop here on a regular basis to get bits and pieces which i need. Only to get stuck in a queue with loads of checkouts but only 2 members of staff and a member of staff just being a model doing paperwork. I spend more time in the queue than what i would shopping. Staff not to be seen anywhere around the store. Come on guys, step up a game.
