I attempted to make an appointment for my two year old son. The friendly receptionist told me to expect a call from a GP to discuss his symptoms whereby I may be asked to bring him into the surgery. I was told that as he is under five, I would be priority to receive a call. It's now three days later and I'm still waiting for that call! In the end I went to the local pharmacy who were able to advise. It comes to something when a supermarket pharmacy is better able to help than your own doctors! They're either completely disinterested in their patients or so busy they cannot cope. Either way, something should be done to resolve these issues that seem to be happening on a regular basis.

My wife is pregnant and asked for help at this GP. The lady who answered did not give much importance even knowing that my wife was vomiting and with symptoms of dehydration. The doctor who was going to call to diagnose her, did not call. Then she returned to the GP and spoke to another very friendly receptionist. She warned that the person who attended her before did not update the phone and so the doctor did not call. Some people say this is Weston's worst GP. I had a blood test four months ago and they never told me the result.

After 15 years with the surgery I can endorse the other reviews posted this surgery has gone down hill rapidly. As a cancer patient in remission I had a letter telling me the NHS was removing its support of the drugs I was taking from the Surgery with immediate effect with no alternative offered. I have since found out by speaking to the Macmillan nurse I am under that this information was incorrect. Having rang the surgery twice to speak to the clinical nurse who decided to remove the drugs I am still waiting for call back. The stress this has caused me has been unnecessary if the the surgery had bother to check NHS guidelines and offered the alternative product. Be a patient at your own risk

Asked for a call back off of Dr usef,didn't get one.The receptionist was so rude telling me I didn't have a clue how the nhs works,I phoned at 8.03am they open at 8.00am and all the appointments had gone.

Sadly gone down hill rapidly , I cannot remember the last time I phoned to actually be given a doctors appointment infact ended up seeing the rudest doctor that had recently joined the surgery who was the most rudest Individual I have ever met , still waiting response from practise manager to my complaint , sadly even she cannot be bothered , I'm trying to move surgery , I would avoid locking castle unless your happy with telephone consultation because you won't ever get an app
