If I could give 0 stars I would!nAwful service, I have been messed around with appointments. Waited 5 weeks for my baby to have his 8 week jabs and my 6-8 week postpartum checkup my baby is now nearly 12 weeks went to worle medical practice as that’s where they said the appointment was and then when I got there was told it was actually at Cedars Surgery. Wish I’d never moved here from my old doctors. Were told someone would call me about an appointment… they never did. Then received a letter saying I had to book the appointment, which I did. Next day I received two texts stating other appointment times and dates and when I got to the doctors I had one booked that I wasn’t even notified about.
Awful GP practice. I asked for GP help and they gave extreme waiting times of 3 weeks to only have a blood test without being seen, for something I went elsewhere and was told to go to A&E. Most recently, I contacted multiple times in the same week and was triaged to a nurse who told me to take antihistamine without being seen regarding the issue. Again, I went to a specialist and they’ve referred me for an operation. I would not trust this practice.
I've been with this surgery for several years now. Absolutely no issues at all. I always make contact via AskmyGP which I think , is brilliant and seems to get priority over the phone. I used AskmyGP only a few days ago, got a response within 15 minutes and got a face to face appointment before midday. Excellent.
Seriously this practice is awful.nnHaving recently moved to the area I registered with this Practice. I didn't expect them to apply for medical records immediately but I've now been a customer since July and they still don't have them.nnThey've written prescriptions for the wrong medication, they denied my access to medication and they've also gone against the express instructions of my Oncologist .nnI've had apologies from 3 GP's in this practice but their apologies are empty as they keep on making mistakesnnTheir catalogue of errors is comical and yet they don't seem to think that they're accountable.nnTime look for another, better, practice.nnIf anyone from The Cedars pick up on this, please, my advice is simple, stop passing the buck and put a Process Control Procedure into place........its just error after error and apology after apology.....yet nothing improves. Does it take the death of a customer, through your actions and negligence for you to improve?
Awful, awful service. Receptionists are clueless. They need new receptionists, tone is patronising when the errors are always from their end.
