This appears to be my only route to making a complaint. Having not had much luck in getting an appointment whilst suffering from a back injury I have no choice but to post my dissatisfaction with my GP surgery. I am disgusted by the treatment received over the course of the last six weeks whilst recovering from injury. In all that time I have only had telephone contact with three GP's. Yes they have organised an xray and a scan, but is that really good enough with someone who has spina bifida occulta, tethered cord syndrome and a mix of other complications? I don't blame the reception staff, they are just doing their job. I rarely see my named GP and when I do he has me in such a rush that by the time I leave his room I haven't fully said what was wrong with me!! Trying to get an appointment is a joke, trying to get through in the first place is a joke. I currently have a rash on my neck, possibly a progression of rosacea symptoms but I don't know that until the doctor sees me. And with my medical history, although it's not that bothersome it could be a sign of something worse. Do GP's even care these days?!!! I'm so angry and frustrated.

Very clean, efficient and convenient Practice. Constantly improving facilities and services. Car Park is small, though you can usually find a space if you have to drive here. No Practice can please all patients all of the time so, it's a matter of personal preference. Personally I find this one suits me fine!
