Homage Restaurant at The Waldorf Hilton is a unique twist on the modern European Brasserie. At the helm is Executive Chef Robert Prendergast who has designed a menu centred around a partnership with Buccleuch Estate Beef where succulent hand cut steaks lead the grill section of the menu.

Enjoy a fabulous modern dining experience against a dramatic backdrop of gold-cast Ionic columns. Inspired by the grand cafés of Europe, Homage Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, traditional afternoon tea and a seasonally tailored pre-theatre meal.

We really enjoyed our visit to Homage for a pre-theatre dinner. Every individual food item in the meal was flavourful and the layered honey cake for desert topped off an excellent dining experience. Also note the service was excellent and inviting, great stuff.
We had a fantastic experience at Homage restaurant. We went for the 3 course meal using Groupon voucher. The chicken was succulent and lovely, meals were inspired, the desserts were so delicious and we received a special treat as well. Thank you to our server Anif for exemplary service.Food: 5/5
The food was fantastic, well portioned and presented. Good selection of drinks from the bar. Pictured is scallops, duck and layered honey cake. The service was great, the staff were lovely and attentive. The restaurant was really nicely decorated and the ambient music was nice. There was an event in the room next door but you wouldn’t know it from inside the restaurant, excellent sound proofing.
Beautiful atmosphere and lovely food. Service was very good I think her name was Katy but once we were served our cakes and scones I think she went on break or service changed and nobody really attended to us. We had to try and get the attention of service staff a few times for boxes and bill. Lovely tea though would highly recommend! Especially liked the starter!
I dined here alone today and received excellent service. The plant based meal was delicious. Definitely well worth the price. Dietary restrictions: Vegan
We had a wonderful and special celebration afternoon tea at The Waldorf Hotel, Homage restaurant! All the staff members are incredible and hospitality, always with a big smiles and we felt welcome, special mentioned to the hostess, I’m not able to catch the name. But she was really lovely! The theme of afternoon tea is Beauty and the Beast, which really romantic and felt like I’m in the wonderland! Definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to have a themed afternoon tea!
Elegant surroundings, lovely place for a special occasion afternoon tea. I had the vegan version, which was slightly short-changed as my friends had salmon and dill sandwiches whilst I was given a slice of tomato in bread. Friends also had macaroons, I was not offered an alternative. However, the scones were perfect.
The atmosphere is so beautiful here. We went for the beauty and the beast afternoon tea and there were really pretty lit up trees everywhere with roses on them. The harp was a really nice touch in the background too and added to a very ambient environment. The service was amazing, everyone was very friendly, polite and attentive. The themed pots and cake were cute and had a very nice afternoon here. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Had an amazing time for our anniversary back in July 2023. Made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. All staff were so friendly. Food was delicious and lots of it. Definitely a worthwhile experience.Food: 4/5
We visited the Homage restaurant 09/11/24 for our wedding anniversary. We had a Groupon voucher for a 3 course meal for 2 with prosecco. We had very bad experience at Homage Restaurant. We waited for the main course about 1.5 hours. People who came after us were already eating dessert and we were waiting.Took over 3 hours to have a 3 course menu. The worst afternoon I’ve ever had. The staffs were not very attentive. Shocking for a supposedly prestigious place. All in all DO NOT recommend. Marzena Lachowicz
