Best restaurant in London! We came here for lunch to celebrate our anniversary. The food was fresh and locally sourced, and nearly everything we ordered was fantastic. The server was lovely and was quite helpful in choosing the menu. It’s the perfect spot for any celebration. For the first time in London after living here for 4 years, I truly felt like it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We got married here this weekend, and it was the most amazing experience. Completely stress free, everything was set up to perfection. The food is out of this world, and the service is just as amazing. Every member of our party was talking about how amazing everything was and how impressed they were. I will recommend The Springs over and over to anyone who asks. Thank you for a perfect day.
I recently played piano at a wedding hosted at this venue and the experience was amazing. The venue is beautiful, creating the perfect setting for an elegant wedding. The staff were professional and very accommodating, making everything run smoothly. I was also treated to the wedding dinner, which was incredible. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious, truly impressing both myself and the guests. Overall, The Springs is an excellent choice for any special occasion, offering exceptional service, a stunning setting, and outstanding food. Highly recommended! We recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at The Springs. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they’d been invited to. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the venue was perfect!!! Dean the owner, with his personal attention, ensured that our day was an experience to never be forgotten.Food: 5/5
Went to a friends wedding <70 people last night, and the service was above and beyond. The staff were so kind to advise the bride how to discreetly enter the restaurant and remain unseen before the wedding. All staff were attentive and friendly. They felt like a fun addition to the wedding as opposed to simply working a job. If you host a wedding here, it’ll be an intimate but lovely time. I ordered the steak which was perfectly medium rare. The gluten free chocolate torte was delicious. I will only complain that the drinks are absurdly expensive. $21 for a pink lemonade cocktail? I have only seen prices like that in luxury restos in downtown Toronto. This was unexpectedly pricy for a London establishment.
We had our intimate wedding reception at The Springs yesterday, and it was an excellent experience all around. The food got rave reviews from all of our guests, and the waitresses we had were amazing and so attentive. Drinks were kept full, and food came out promptly. Dean made sure to check on our party multiple times throughout the night as well, and was an excellent host. If planning a small wedding The Springs is an excellent choice. Their event set menu prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food you are receiving. As an added bonus, he does not charge a venue fee. This was a seamless experience, and an amazing night to remember. Thank you The Springs team!
For 10 years, The Springs has been one of my favourite restaurants in London! In the past few years, the new owner Dean has done so much to advance the experience and offerings at the Springs. Great for a business lunch, intimate dinner, or private event. The atmosphere is one-of-a-kind, the food is great, and the service is very personal and top-notch.
We were part of a birthday celebration with about 30 people. Although there was a lot of communication prior to the party, the night of none of the staff seemed to know what was going on. Then at dinner people with burgers got no condiments, people with beef dip got no dip and my daughter who has numerous food allergies and had been assured they were farm to table and they could feed her no problem ended up with a hamburger patty and a piece of lettuce. That’s the best they could do. Service was pretty good, at least the drinks came quickly, no surprise there $$. These are just some highlights. We had heard good things about springs when they first opened. This was not good. Very poor communication by management. And very expensive. The murder mystery did a good job of taking the attention off of these issues. Would not recommend this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: There was a lot of talk about options. A card with dietary restrictions was even offered but not looked at. One allergy was dairy but the burger patty came with cheese. What was supplied was a burger patty and a piece of lettuce. They could have provided a chicken breast, plain rice and a steamed vegetable. How hard would that be
Spring’s review The springs restaurant and all the staff, I particular the owner Dean, has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had. We got married at the springs ceremony and reception and Dean took care of everything. There was minimal need for me to do any work and him his team worked efficiently, professionally, and ensured everyone was having a great time. Even prior to our wedding, we went to the springs multiple times and each time Dean personally greeted us and ensured we were feeling confident and good. Anytime I called, emailed, or texted he would get back quickly. All of our guests were so impressed with the food, which was really important to us. There was also a lot of parking which was great for our guests overnight. We can’t thank the springs enough for everything that you did for our special day, and we will continue celebrating this date every year at The Springs!
Came here for an event, a wedding, and I must say this place is beautiful, has great food, and fantastic service! Wedding was beautiful in this quaint, old church turned restaurant. They host many events a year, and I must say the menu was fantastic. The food, taste, presentation, everything was on point. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a restaurant. The servers were attentive and friendly, I did not have to ask for anything, they were right there with what I needed, refilling wine, water, everything. The owner was such a great host! Really enjoyed ourselves as a group! Thank you!
