A wonderful 4 night stay there, just returned. The rooms, staff and the entertainment all superb. Good very very good. The staff can't do enough for you and the shows are first class, particularly the in house staff on our last night doing the Studio 2 routine with the Beatles numbers. We could have been in the West End. Will definitely return.

The area we stayed in needed some attention to detail. Window catches have loose screws. Large bed but short in length. Food cld have been warmer. Again attention to detail needed. Distance between diner and rooms for disabled not thought of. Entertainment and classes were excellent.

Went for first time to Warners for a birthday treat and had a fantastic time. Had o lovely room and food was superb. Staff were so kind and professional. And just made my holiday. Big thanks to all staff at Holme Lacey house for making my holiday such a pleasure. Well deserve five stars

I booked because it was an adults only hotel. The publicity photos looked good with people of a similar age (50s) enjoying the facilities. The reality is more like a geriatric hotel. So many walking frames and wheelchairs. I was by far the youngest there. While it us lovely to have the option of activities it did feel a bit like Butlins as you had to queue to be allocated your seats for the duration of your stay. Not my expectation nor experience of other country house stays. After two days of complaints about damp then wet carpets we were given a different room. I fail to understand why a room needing a dehumidifier was signed off as ready to let in the first place. Lovely old house although looking a little tired and worn in places. The staff were lovely friendly and generally helpful. Would I stay again? Not until I am a couple of decades older and ready to stay around the hotel for the duration of my stay.

IMHO this is one of the best Warner's. Great quiet location. Pleasant grounds to walk around. Entertainment team seem well organized and obviously put a lot of effort into providing quality shows. Good variety of tasty food. Drinks are a bit pricey
