I've only ever had good food and good times at Charlie's. The staff are attentive and friendly and it has a good vibe in general. The pizza menu isn't very exciting, but what they do is done well. There's plenty more to choose from on the menu and prices are reasonable. There are good Cornish beers on offer as well as cocktails.

Visited here on a quiet weekday evening. We tried two dishes, pasta and burger. The pasta dish was nice, but the burger was simultaneously very dry and very undercooked (red throughout). It looked and tasted like it had been microwaved. Was unable to eat it (and that is a rare occurrence!). Would definitely not recommend the burger. Service was also slow given the small number of customers. Otherwise - decor was nice, food was relatively inexpensive, location is very pretty.

Eaten at Charlies Boathouse a few times, always had fantastic food and service. Would definitely recommend a visit. Steve Hertfordshire

Had cocktails on Saturday after a meal at The Rashleigh. They were gorgeous. And the atmosphere was great. X
