Order paid for but no news of order even after the 10 promised days!

Paid fully for an order with a promise that the order will be available within 10 working days.  They do not count weekends.  That's ok, but last week we were told the order has made its way from a store to the warehouse.  This is still not with the selected local store.  Given the promise, they sure have not only under delivered,  but they have definitely Not delivered at all.  I guess they're "walking" the order to this store.  Despite having used this store on a previous occasion, I am currently extremely disappointed.

Lots of choice but sadly they didn't have what I wanted, they have a large car park with plenty of spaces and the staff are very helpful.
