At Tenpin Worcester we have 16 State of the art fully computerised AMF lanes so you're sure to get accurate results every visit. A great way to spend an evening with the family!  Definitely suggest you pre book especially at the weekend. You can get a food and drink deal which works out cheaper if you pre book. There’s a bar with a good selection of drinks. Great for the kids as you can have the bumper rails up to help and a ramp to help them bowl. There is also some arcade machines, table tennis and pool tables, all of cost extra on top of the bowling. You also don’t have to wear those daft shoes anymore as long as you’re wearing a full flat shoe with no open toes!  We had a great time but the costs soon rack up when you’re here!

In general nice place. Music not too loud comparing to other places what makes it also enjoyable.  Only downside are the bowling lanes, to be more precise, Pins fall by themselves or stay up what's very frustrating, I'm guessing that the lines holding pins in place need adjustment, this was happening on few lanes that we have reserved.

I attended a child’s party today and I would like to point out a member of staff that was outstanding. I think her name was Kay. Long dark hair. She attitude with the children was amazing. Nothing was enough for her to do. She was running here there and everywhere making sure we all had the best experience.

Staff were great. We did the offer of 2 gamez plus lunch. What great value. We took our grandson and had a fabulous time.

First time visit, clean environment, not crowded, arcade available to entertain those not bowling. Parking is free, overall enjoyed the visit. Will definitely return

Unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude and dismissive staff. When we ordered two hot chocolates the person serving us was miserable and instantly rolled her eyes, then after hardly speaking to us she proceeded to make only one of the drinks on the machine. After she put the cup on the machine and pressed the button she then just left it there  going cold for 15 minutes straight while she walked off and served other people and cleaned things. We stood waiting right next to the bar too the entire time watching in disbelief untill eventually my partner asked her politely what was going on with our drinks beacuse we were cold and waiting to bowl. With no apology and also looking like we had really inconvenienced her she stormed over and made the second drink and brought that and the one that had been sat there for 15 minutes over to us with no apology or anything. So basically we waited all that time and paid just under £6 for two tiny service station hot chocolates one of which that was now stone cold and some bad service. We had also pre-ordered food but again at the counter we were not told anything about how we go about getting it or anything. Not a great first impression at all and with the high prices for such poor food/drink and also the shocking service I doubt we will return again.

Absolute joke paid for 5 games pre paid last week only got 3 games then they wanted us to wait half hour for our other 2 game. I had to argue to get a refund too. Definitely will not be going again  If I could give them -5 star's I would run a business they couldn't run a bath

Great night out with the girls! Drinks were reasonably priced. Lots to do as well as bowling too!

Bowling hasn't evolved much over the years but here at least it's clean, tidy and in good nic, unlike many establishments around these days. Has pleasant staff, LED enticing alleys and the obligatory arcades. Good reliable family fun.

Arrived 2.45pm on Friday. The location was quiet and I booked at the desk straight away. Nice friendly atmosphere- enjoyable experience  - recommended
