I rang up on the Monday evening asking for an appointment I got told that the first routine appointment was mid may, I explained it was an urgent appointment, I was told these were not realised until 1pm for the Tuesday afternoon, I was told to call at 1 and they would get me in, I called at 12:59 & every minute after being told the phone was busy and couldn’t get through when I finally managed to get through at 1;10pm I was told all the appointments had now gone and said she told me to ring at 1 it was now 10past, I explained I had been trying since before 1 to get through but the line was busy, she asked another receptionist if she has been on the phone when she said she hasn’t the lady told me I would of been able to get through as no one had been on the phone (making me feel like a liar) if the phones hadn’t been busy how had they managed to fill all the emergency spots that afternoon and not be able to see me?! Very unhappy patient!

Not to bad of a doctors, clean an tidy and polite staff. Very handy having the chemist under the same roof and been able to order repeat meds online if needed. Only down side is it can take ages to see your very own doctor and need to ask to unless you just see a random one every time in which case can be hard when got an on going problem and need to repeat what you told the last doctor.

Takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. Over crowded. Under staffed.
