I was given an appointment in 24 hours. Due to staff illness I received a notification it had been cancelled and was offered an appointment the following day . Illness happens and the surgery were able to cover the appointment quickly . Excellent service

Dr Dubb is great when you can get see him, however the very best you can get is a phone consultation about 2 weeks from phoning, in fact when you phone you get a recorded message phone 999 or phone 111 or do whatever but dont come here, the first obstacle after you listen to 5 mins of recorded message is the receptionist asking what is wrong with you and why you want to make a appointment with the doctor, she decides if you get one or not in 2 weeks, when i asked about changing my medication she tells me she is not medically trained so cant make a decision, but clearly can make a medical decision if you get a doctors appointment or not. Receptionists are what they are they should not be deciding if you are ill enough to see the doctor, i think the issue with this doctors is they have taken on far too many patients with all the new builds in the area, suppose the doctors are doing ok financially but what about the existing patients who are not getting the care they deserve.  When are the doctors going to open fully again will it be July 19 when restictions are lifted or is this as good as it gets?    Was much better when Dr Kundu and Dr Pal run the surgery.

No complaints with staff or treatment 5 stars, however,Great for ill people who do not work. But myself being hgv driver never open when I am not working so have to book a day off work, even for a flu jab. My pensioner mother has surgery that does flu jabs on Saturday mornings,  what a great idea that would be

Many thanks to Dr Dubb and his colleagues who helped my husband this morning when he collapsed outside the surgery. They were thoroughly professional and Dr Dubb who attended my husband was very knowledgeable and efficient. Well done to all of you for an excellent service.

My Son is registered with this Surgery and they have been absolutely amazing. Dr Dubb referred my Son very quickly to the necessary place and Department he needed urgent help from. The reception staff are absolutely lovely too, always very friendly and efficient.

Dr Dubb, in my opinion is a very experienced doctor. Very thorough and takes time to listen. He was a very welcome replacement to the Kundu,s but Dr Pal will be greatly missed. Nursing staff are very good and always pleasant.Dr dey is also very thorough Ordering repeat prescriptions has been a nightmare recently since it has gone "electronic" once they make their minds up and establish the rules, it should be a good system. SURGERY IS A NIGHTMARE FOR APPOINTMENTS. THOUSANDS OF PATIENTS BUT UP To  3 WEEKS WAITING.OFTEN OPERATE WITH ONLY ONE DOCTOR. Often have to visit A&E because no appointments and no emergency appointments are available.

Utterly useless. Cant book an appointment online and when you call and try to book an appointment you get cut off. I guess A&E at the local hospital will be one patient busier today......shocking

Lovely & pleasant reception staff who always do their very best to arrange an appointment. And as for dr Dubb, i dont think that there is anyone better to help anyone through their illness

The worst Dr in history not only have they refused a number if times to see my dad a cancer patient they have him him long term 6 months on steroids to mask the pain... and today again refused to see him keep as far away from this place unless you want to die

Great service again today - Thank you all so much, know its been a rough 2 yrs - but when required thank goodness not often requests for service dealt with.Take care and keep safe all of you. xx
