Awful care for babies. Phoned multiple times to get my 6 month old in to see a doctor to be told they only make exceptions for newborns. absolutely ridiculous, 6 MONTHS old not 6 years, doesnt he still count as a baby? Told me to take a poorly baby to the walk in centre instead as they’d given all their emergency appointments away by 8:10am. How is that helpful to mum’s? Shocking.
Awful. There is no duty of care from this surgery. They have given my dad wrong medication which caused him to be in hospital for 6 weeks, and now most recently my blood test results have gone missing and I can't get another test appt for 4 weeks, even though my tests results need to be done within a certain timeframe before my next prescription is due.....they have no willingness to do anything but fob patients off time and time again. I am now looking for a better GP and will leave this surgery ASAP
Totally unprofessional never got no appointments available. Telling you to phone out of hours surgery, 111 or go to the manor, they cannot be arsed to see you face to face . If I could give them 0 stars I would and they take ages to answer phone calls.
Apparently it's OK to cancel repeat prescriptions without informing the patient, even after having the request for a week. They clearly don't understand that a repeat is for a reason and the patient is probably needing it daily. Absolutely disgusting, to be told, basically, tough and suffer and they say sorry, we're shutting, wait till Monday. Don't fancy a trip to A&E this weekend thanks!
Still refusing to see patients, cant do repeats over the phone but have to go into the surgery… staff are constantly demanding to know what is wrong with you before letting you have an over a phone appointment. What ever happened to doctor patient confidentiality ?
Been with Holland Park Surgery for nearly 12 months now my daughter was born October and since being born this surgery has been no help around a month after she was born she developed a small rash called the GP we need photos in order to book an appointment to see the severety of the rash and firstly we had to wait until 8 am to book an appointment which is ridiculous and after seeing the GP they called it a birth mark which even a fool can see on the images that this isn’t a birth mark they told us to “call them back if it got worse” this is a new born baby and in any case with any type of person you don’t say this to people seeking help you would deal with the issue so from November 2021 to this day March 2022 we have still not received any help we have had to take her to awful manor I mean walsall manor in order to get help this Holland Park Surgery is a absolute joke my Family and I are changing ASAP disgusting you are lucky we are not seeking legal advice
I've always had good service.
Not to bad of a doctors, clean an tidy and polite staff. Very handy having the chemist under the same roof and been able to order repeat meds online if needed. Only down side is it can take ages to see your very own doctor and need to ask to unless you just see a random one every time in which case can be hard when got an on going problem and need to repeat what you told the last doctor.
Receptionist are terrible. Calling them and they’ll leave you on hold and then answer with laughter and end the call after sitting there for 30 mins. “Your in a queue, one is the queue” but still don’t answer.
Great doctors and nurses, all really friendly and care about the patients.. Reception staff have a nightmare juggling job to do and are really helpful.. Always manage t0 get linked appointments to save me messing about.... Repeat prescription are dealt with in good time... You can book online and you get a text reminder for your appointment and can cancel if need be via text..all round great service
