I did ask for an accessible room but there was zero adaptation. Not really a problem though in our case. Room booked 029 was for 3 adults but only two lots of tea making kit! Only 4 stars. Breakfast very nice and complimentary.

Just came home from a 3 night stay at the hotel. Had a brill time nothing to much bother and the staff front of desk were great. Friendly and nothing any bother for them. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definetly go back. Brilliant Eating Inn next door to the hotel and hats off to the Chef the prices and food was amazing defo worth a 5 🌟 would recommend booking though as it is extremely busy. Lots to do and see in and around Perth a visit to Dunkeld house hotel to walk along the river is well worth a trip. Our dogs loved it.

Great value for money. Never expected it too be soo good. Really clean and modern, rooms not too small and very comfortable. Staff friendly, including room service girls. Breakfast was better than we thought it would be, cereal, fruit, toast, rolls, bacon, sausages, beans, scrambled egg, really good as this all included in the price. Tiny little thing .... if you can’t live without your straighteners, no plug beside mirror, luckily my cable is long enough to reach but may be a prob for some. The hairdryer is right at the side of the mirror though. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for value for money. Definitely will use again when visiting Perth.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean and pleasant but, my goodness, the bed and pillows were like bricks and I had a dreadful night's sleep plus I was aching the next day. A shame as I usually quite like staying at this chain.

A very pleasant hotel. Food was excellent. Very comfortable place to stay.
