Atholl Arms Hotel

We stayed a night here as a stopover on a long drive. Just off the a9 and easy to find. Our room was nice and clean with good amenities, though a little small. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but enjoyed the lounge and open fire. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, good selection of cereals, juice, and yogurt with toppings. We both had the full Scottish breakfast which set us up for the day nicely. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay while driving further north/south.

We spent an enjoyable night at the atholl arms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable chairs and open fires were available in the lobby. The building was dated but well kept. The Scottish cooked breakfast was excellent with plenty of other options. Good experience and a great value hotel.

Had dinner there. Good menu on offer, had the haggis nachos and the steak burger. Haggis nachos were far too spicy. The meat in the burger was overcooked but the relish was great with good chips. Great atmosphere and location.

Didn't stay the night at the hotel, but stopped by the pub after visiting Blair Castle. The food was incredibly good and I highly recommend the local brews. The ambience is really comfortable and relaxing. Definitely a wonderful experience. Excited to be in Murray area.

Came in here to eat after a tough day on the hill in winter conditions. Was greeted in the bar by a wonderful roaring fire. Superb bar menu and very nice friendly staff.
