Stayed for one night here to catch an early flight the next morning. Found the hotel very pleasant. Hotel is extremely convenient and you can be in the terminal in less than 5 minutes from the hotel door. They even have departure boards in the lobby! Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was served from 4am which was extremely convenient! Only problem I can think of the air con in the rooms was kinda noisy, and this might not be ideal during the summer. Can't comment on the other facilities like the bar or fitness centre but they all looked good. Would be very happy to stay here again in future.

It’s in a great location for anyone flying from the airport or even just visiting Bristol. The staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast bar offers a good spread for all tastes. The beds are quite hard and the air con makes funny noises at random hours of the night. The walls are quite thin so I knew if the people next door were taking a shower or plugging something in. 🤔 I still love to go there as parking is easier than the city centre but my heart breaks a little at the price of the car park - but is to be expected for an airport.

Brand new hotel very clean but the air conditioning was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I mentioned in the morning and the off hand receptionist offered no apology, told me they were aware but won't be fixed until the end of April. Her attitude was awful and then when I went to sit and wait for my colleague could hear her saying to colleagues that it's not fair that people complain when it's not her fault that the air conditioning is noisy. Some further training is required I believe. Avoid until May.

Worst night sleep ever...writing at 4 am. Loudest automatic air freshener dispenser on auto all night. Postcode on Google also wrong and staff response "if you had called us we would have given you correct one"...meant got lost over Bristol hills for 90 mins in snow. Oh and there is no routine free shuttle ..it's for disabilities and you have to book. Was told to walk to the airport. Extortionate parking rates and only 1 HR free so when you finally arrive you need to go back out and find a long stay car park and walk back to hotel. Staff however were lovely. So fine unless you want to actually sleep, park and get easy access to airport...which is a shame as it's an airport hotel. UPDATE: Apparently it's an air filtration system and goes off every hour, sounds like a little boiling then a big clammy pressure release. Having now read lots of other reviews it's a frequent complaint. No zzzz here.
