Awesome atmosphere. Just look at it! The bartender with long long hair - not so awesome.
First time in dublin with my family, Pub with nice music, fair pint price and Quick service staff. The bartender explained Irish gin and whiskey. We had an absolutely amazing time here.
A very warm and friendly welcome by the "ver long haired barkeeper" to the unfortunately a bit cold pub. The heating was broken a got fixed just about an hour before we showed up. But nevertheless we had a nice and as well informative chat, some beer, some cider and some whiskey.
Very busy traditional pub in Dublin. Nice drinks. Small, classic and well lit for chatting with friends.toilets clean.
I really like this bar, it has a great atmosphere and I’ve gone there often with friends, so I was really disappointed by my experience last weekend. I ordered a pint of Guinness with a dash of blackcurrent, and was charged €7.10….€1.20/1.30 extra for a drop of blackcurrent, which is absolute robbery and completely unheard of anywhere in Dublin genuinely never encountered it ever before. Complete rip-off and very low stoop for such a reputable pub
Okay so listen to this idea I have, so like keep the taps were they are but instead of them pouring beer, they pour warm soup into fancy bowls. This is a pretty good idea I think
First time going today and was surprised about how big it was on the inside. Plenty of bistro tables for 2 and larger tables for groups. Pints are pretty decent as well.
Hogan's is a Dublin institution I've enjoyed ma y times, however I was in over Christmas and it was absolutely baltic inside. It was fairly quiet at the time so no body heat I guess and the rads were off. I had to leave after 1 pint and go elsewhere as I was starting to shiver with my coat on! Good pint as always tbf.
Very nice bar extremely busy on a Saturday eve can't fault this bar
