Great place for a stay...

I have been staying at Hitchambury manor while I wait move into my new house. I love it here. The rooms are extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bed are so confortable, and the countryside location so quiet, that I have had my best nights sleep for years. The Manor is extremely well run; the rooms, linen and amenities are always spotlessly clean, and the property manager is always helpful. The location is very quiet and perfect for country strolls, yet there are pubs, supermarkets, and train stations only a short distance away. I am going to find an excuse to come back and stay! I lived here for 3 months after moving to the area from Scotland. The room was large, clean & very comfortable. High quality linen and towels were changed weekly. There are several clean, tidy kitchens so you're only sharing with 2 or 3 others. It was a real pleasure living out in the peaceful countryside yet so close to local shops, pubs and restaurants. You do need a car but there is plenty of free parking onsite, We moved to be closer to work but I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. The property manager is always very helpful.It's fabulous!

Me and two of my best friends left Norway, without knowing how our stay at the manor would turn out. From day one, until our last day we loved it! The bedroom was romantically furnished, we felt like home. The common kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner at all times. We bought our food at the local supermarket, they had plenty of choices. You might think it would be a bit boring staying on the British countryside on a manor, but there’s so many options over what you can do; you can visit charming Cliveden House, that’s a nice walking trip as well, take a train to Windsor(which I recommend, it’s a lovely city), London or wherever you would like to go. The train station is close by, so you can walk from the manor by foot. The garden of the manor is also fantastic – we had picnics, played baseball and lying in the grass relaxing. It was so peaceful, just listening to the nature. Everything from the squeaking in the doors and stairs, too the rabbits in the garden make the manor lovely – I would love to stay there again. I really recommend a stay there for everybody!

I have stayed at Hitchambury Manor for over a year now and find it very convenient as I work from Terminal 5 at Heathrow. It is in a beautiful location surrounded by gorgeous countryside and wildlife. Rooms and communal areas are very clean and presentable and off road parking is secure and there are plenty of spaces. I can highly recommend it.
