Attended a wedding reception at this excellent establishment. From the fine house representative that provided MC type organization and great humour to the excellent food the function was well done. The beauty of this fine hotel and it's grounds cannot be done justice by words. Had an opportunity to see a few of the rooms they have on offer and they are wonderfully appointed as well. Highly recommended this establishment for your fine event.

We booked almost all of the rooms at Taplow House Hotel as accommodation for us and our guests, during a family event. Vivienne and the team went out of their way to ensure that our guests had everything they needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The team even arranged for us to have breakfast all together. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We would love to come back again soon! Beth and Gareth

The only good thing here was the pastry in the morning because it was not made here. The rooms are noisy and you can hear everything. My husband and I jumped in the middle of the night because we thought someone was trying to break into our room. Breakfast is appalling ! Service is awful. The place is dirty! Way too overpriced for a 4 star hotel. Do not recommend!

Went for a wedding recently. Staff were attentive and helpful though one barman lacked pretty basic knowledge (how to make a shandy!!). Lovely setting despite proximity to Slough and Maidenhead. Rooms comfortable but marked down because of my view (thinks mine was the only one - avoid room 17). Also only 2 hrs free wi-fi seems a bit skinny. Nightclub in basement.

Every time we've been to the Taplow House Hotel it's always been a great experience. We've been for several weddings now, and the event always goes without a hitch. Have also been just for dinner or afternoon tea, and it's never disappointed.
