If you're a room on a budget around Maidenhead then this fits the bill. When we arrived we drove straight past it the entrance is that small, it's just a door next to a cafe (and there's no indication that the cafe is a part of it, but it seems it is). Everything was locked when we arrived but the owner soon turned up. On leaving the owner was nowhere to be seen, we had to leave our keys with the builders next door who were refurbishing the cafe! Latest check-in is 9pm we were told, thereafter you have a key to the front door and can come and go as you please. There's no lift and the stairs up to the 1st and 2nd floors are incredibly steep.
