I had a bit flat tyre because of the nail in it, the guy told I might need new tyre , but I insisted it was repairable so it was done for £ 25. Too expensive

I stopped in here last week as my low tyre pressure alert was on. They thoroughly checked the tyre, outside & inside, but couldn’t find a puncture. They checked the pressure in all 4 tyres & confirmed all were good. All this & no charge. They could easily have tried to push me into a new tyre but no. Honesty & fab service goes a long way. Thanks guys, much appreciated

I give the 2 stars for the condition of the garage and lack of staff ... but 5* all the way for Chris, hes great guy and hard worker.  This site is in dire need of some refurbishment. The reception / waiting area is dingy / dirty, the signage outside has fallen off and I know the customer that would of got struck by it, had it been different.  I'm shocked  HiQ allow this site to be ran with one employee, with no regard to H&S, and no regard for their customers having such bad facilities.

Woke up to a flat tyre this morning.  I arrived at about 8:45, was seen promptly by a friendly gentleman who quickly determined that the puncture wasn’t repairable.  New tyre fitted and on my way at about 9:05.  Turned what could have been a stressful morning getting to work late into something that was much less hassle to deal with!

Terrible service. Tried to price a repair on a tire at £1000. However was quoted by another company for only £25. One of the members of staff was rude stating that he “could tell you are from around here”. Horrible experience, that member of staff needs questioning and this level of customer service should not be tolerated!

I'm sorry for a bad review but I sent my grandaughter to barwell tyres for puncture repair. When she arrived she tried the door which must have deen wrong door. The guy said to her you must be from barwell because they have a lower iq then he said o a Mercedes the wheels crack and that will cost a thousand pound. Sorry have to go to quick fit .

Spoke to like I was stupid when I went, which I can deal with. But the way the older guy spoke to my niece was disgusting. Tried charging her £1000 for a tyre puncture repair which she then got repaired for £25 elsewhere.

Booked tyres online at a great price fantastic communication. Both front tyres replaced in less than 30 minutes. Very competitive prices and a great choice of tyres. Will definitely be using them again. Book online for the best deals on tyres.  May 2023 update Still great prices online so good no Tyre company in the local area could price match. Fantastic service and more importantly great advice about best tyres to buy. It's rare we get the type of service we deserve these days. They could of easily got me to buy more expensive tyres. In a day and age where service is profit driven but proper advice and the best deal for you is forgotten. It's just rare and important that we can still find a  honest looking out for the customer local garage. For great tyres and great local service please use this gem.

If other businesses showed a fraction of the care and attention I experienced with HiQ Barwell tyres the world would be a better, sweeter place.
